Booming Cary area attracts more high-end apartments

Northwest Cary continues to heat up with new development as land becomes scarce in the booming community. ZOM Living, a multifamily developer based in Orlando, paid $12.55 million for 19.21 acres along Carpenter Fire Station Road west of Highway 55 to develop a new apartment complex. The land will be used for Azalea at the Park, which will have 315 units, 15 townhomes and up to 5,000 square feet of retail.
