ZOM has well-established relationships with numerous private and institutional partners and lenders. Since 1977, our investment partners have invested over $1.4 billion in equity with us.

In addition to its U.S. equity relationships, ZOM has a long history of equity sourcing in Europe. StoneBridge Investments BV (formerly ZOM Holland BV) is a ZOM affiliate and has been active in equity placement and fund management since 1980. Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, StoneBridge Investments has raised in excess of $450 million in European-based equity for various U.S. real estate investment and development partnerships.

ZRS MANAGEMENT.

ZRS Management, LLC was formed in 1991 to manage high-quality multifamily communities. ZRS is a strategic partner of ZOM and has grown into one of the leading fee management companies in the U.S. They currently manage over 75,000 units for various institutional clients, partnerships, and individual owners.

ZRS maintains its headquarters in Orlando, Florida with regional offices located in Fort Lauderdale, Northern Virginia, Tampa, Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta.
